HAPPY BAKR-EID

Eid al-adha also called the Sacrifice Feast or Bakr-Eid is the second of two Muslim festivals celebrated worldwide each year and considered the holies of the two. In this festival people wearing best clean cloth, give gifts to others, helping the poor by giving foods, money, meat and clothes. It honors of the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son, as an act of submission to GOD’s command God then intervened sending his angel Jibra'il and informs him that his sacrifice has already been accepted. The meat get from the sacrificed animal is divided into three parts, the family retain one third of it and others parts give to the relative, friends etc and after the remaining give to the poor and needy.

Famous sweets and chicken on Bakrid:

Bakrid is celebrated on 10^th and 11^th September 2016. It is one of most important festival celebrated among the Muslim community around the world.
