In history of cricket there are many target have been chase. But some matches that are very close and interesting. List of five matches that was very  interesting and entertaining.

1.South Africa Vs Australia, march 12, 2006.

In 2006 Australia and South Africa series is played and in 5ODI  match Australia was bated first and they scored a milestone 438 runs With the help of inning Ricky Ponting 164 run in  just 105 ball and Hussey scored  81 runs in just 51 balls or Adam Gilchrist and SM Katich fifties. With the help of these batsman Australia scored 438 run. This match looked like one sided match because Australian player confidence level high and they had good bowling unit. When South African team came for batting then Smith and Gibbs was bated like practice match. When Gram Smith was on 90 runs he was out but Gibbs continuously hit the ball outside the boundary line he made 164 run in just 111 balls. In last two South Africa required 4 run in 2 ball and then they hit the boundary and won the match as well as series also. The player of the match was Ponting and Gibbs and player of the series was  Pollock.

2.Australia Vs India, Oct 30, 2013  

In 2013 when Australia came in India for 7 match one day series that was very interesting and entertaining series. In 6^th match India won the toss and decided to bowl first and then Australia bated first and made 350 runs in 50 over with the help of century of Bailey  156* and Watson 102 run. India came on pitch to chase a 350 run with required rate 7.00 per over. Two opener Rohit and Dhawan came out in middle and they gave start the India want they scored 178 run for first wicket after that Kohli come out he scored run very fast and he completed his hundred in just 61 balls. After that falling wicket of Raina and Yuvraj  Dhoni is came out in middle and with Kohli they finished the match and won by 6 wickets. Kohli declared as player of the match.

3.India Vs Australia, Oct 13, 2013.

The series held between India and Australia was very high scoring. This series was for batsman hit ball like they face child bowler. When second is start Australia won the toss and decided to first and Australian opener proved was right decision they scored 74 run for first wicket and Australia scored 359 runs with team effort. In that match 5 Australian batsman hit fifty. Indian came out in middle they gave solid start to India and made 176 run partnership for first wicket and after the Kohli came out in middle scored fastest fifty for India in just 51 balls. Rohit hit ton after long time of span and he is unbeaten on 141 run and they finished the match in just 43.3 over. Rohit declared as player of the match.

4.India Vs Sir Lanka , 28 Feb, 2012.

In  2012 trie series is played between India, Sir Lanka And Australia. The performance of Indian no so good in that series so in 11^th match is must win match against Sir Lanka. India won the toss and decided to bowl first. Immediately Sir Lanka batsman proved that was wrong decision. With the help of century of Dilshan and Sangakkara Sir Lankan team scored 320 run. Dilshan scored 160 run and Sangakkara 105 run. That is must win match for India and in just under of 40 over to entered in final of series. Indian opener gave good and fast start that was required to India. After the falling the wicket of two opener when Kohli is came in middle he decided to score 133 run in just 86 balls. Gambhir and Raina did good job and made fifty and play important role to won that match. Player of the match was Virat Kohli.

5.India Vs Sir Lanka, Dec 15, 2009

This most interesting match that I see ever in cricket history India scored 414 run against Sir Lanka but Sir Lankan also scored 411 run but they lost the match just 3 runs. Sir Lanka won the toss and decide to ball first and two best opener of world came out in middle Sehwag and Tendulkar or they scored 153 run for first wicket. After falling the wicket of Sachin, Dhoni came and fired quick 72 run. But Sehwag continuous scored the run and he complete his hundred and scored 146 run. Over all India put 414 run on board for Sir Lanka to win the match. When Sir Lankan batsman came on middle they also took very good start and put 188 run for first wicket that was required to chase a big score. Dilshan made 160 run and Sangakkara made 90 run in just of 43 balls. But in last over Zaheer Khan defend the total and India won the match by just three run. Sehwag declared as player of the match.
